Please be sure to include a Payment Summary Order Form/Credit Card Charge Authorization Form with EVERY transaction sent to the Treasurer with any form of payment and remember to PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY.

April 25th, 2016: Countdown to Showtime!
All reservations (except for Honors Parade for titles earned in 2015) are officially closed. Come showtime if you feel you need additional grooming space or reserved parking/handler parking, please contact the Committee Chairs or the Grounds Chair (Keith Mallinson) after you arrive. Be sure to check the bulletin board in Hospitality for tickets for sale for the Top 20/10 Event, Friday Pasta Buffet or Saturday Awards Reception. Remember to alert your credit card company in advance of your travels so you don't have an issue using your credit cards. REGISTRATION, PRE-ORDER PICKUP AND LOGO SALES START SUNDAY AFTERNOON! You MUST WEAR YOUR NAME BADGE to the Welcome Reception and EVERY TIME you visit Hospitality, please! Safe travels to the show & see ya'll soon!
April 20th, 2016: Fine Arts Auction Catalog
The Fine Arts Auction Catalog has been added to the site. You can find it under the Fine Arts Auction section in the Specialty Information page.
April 1st, 2016: Rescue Parade Deadline
The deadline to enter the Rescue Parade has been extended to April 15th. Please enter and come for a fun time to honor our Rescues!
March 31st, 2016: Fine Arts Auction & Webstore
The Fine Arts Auction deadline for donations has been extended to April 15th. Be sure to check at the hospitality tent for time and place to drop off your Fine Arts Donation.

The Webstore is now closed. Items remain for viewing purposes only. A limited supply of merchandise will be available at the show site.
March 24th, 2016: Honors Parade
The deadline for the Honors Parade was March 15th, and those names will be printed in the show catalog. However, WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS, so you can still parade the ring if you plan to attend and receive a commemorative medallion for your Newf(s). Names will be listed and inserted into the catalog as an addendum. If you don't plan to attend, you can ask a friend to pick up your medallion(s), or simply include an additional $5.00 for postage with your reservation. Please use the form on Page 23 and include the Payment Summary Form on Page 14. Reservations are first come, first served. Please join the NEWFun by honoring your titled Newfoundlands!
March 22nd, 2016: Rescue Parade
The Rescue Parade is Friday May 6, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, RI. We will gather at 11:00 AM in the Obedience Ring, and the parade starts promptly at noon. Entries close on April 1 April 15th, 2016. Invitations were sent by email and snail mail, but we've only heard from 10 people!

Please enter and come for a fun time to honor our RESCUES! If you have misplaced your ENTRY FORM, please contact Cathy Derench via email cathyd7384@aol.com and put RESCUE PARADE in the SUBJECT LINE. We will get the form out to you ASAP, or you can download the form from the "specialty information" section or "forms" section of this website.

The Newfoundland National Specialty will NOT be back in our area for many years...let’s take advantage of a GREAT TIME AND A GREAT WAY TO HONOR OUR NEWFOUNDLAND RESCUE DOGS! Feel free to call with any questions! Cathy Derench: 860-465-6839. Thank you SO SO much...hope to see lots of rescues there!
March 21st, 2016: Pasta Buffet & Awards Reception Deadline Extension
The deadline for Friday's Pasta Buffet and Saturday's Awards Reception has been extended to March 31st. The Info Pack has been updated to version 10 to reflect this change. The Payment Summary Form and Buffet/Awards Form have also been updated to reflect this.
March 17th, 2016: Grounds Crew Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed for the Grounds Crew. If you think you may find yourself with a little free time during national week, be it 5 minutes or 5 hours. Please consider volunteering...we can use your help! Times are between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Check the flyer for more information: Grounds Crew Flyer

The Draft Test Premium is now available in the Forms section of the site.
March 11th, 2016: Webstore Update
The webstore is closed for pre-ordering national specialty logo merchandise. The items remain for viewing purposes only, and a limited supply of national specialty merchandise will be available at the show site. All sales are final, however exchanges may be available at the show site based on inventory status. Merchandise will be available for pickup at the show site during logo sale hours or shipped immediately before or after the show. Logo sales and pre-order merchandise pickup will be located next to Registration inside the hotel Sunday through Tuesday, and then we will be located outdoors under the tent next to Hospitality until 1 pm on Saturday.

March 7th, 2016: Deadline Updates
The deadline for Living Legends has been extended to March 10, 2016. Contact information has been updated on the form, so please download a new one.

The Ringsing Seating Reservation deadline has been extended to March 20, 2016.
February 29th, 2016: Logo Merchandise Deadline
The deadline for the 2016 Logo Merchandise has been extended to Thursday, March 10th. We will have samples of the embroidered merchandise at the Working Dogs Shows in Springfield. There will be a limited supply of merchandise at the show, but please shop the webstore to guarantee you get your merchandise in your size and favorite colors and to support your host club! Thanks so much!!
February 26th, 2016: Catalog Advertising Deadline
The deadline for advertising in the 2016 NCA National Specialty catalog has been extended from February 28th to March 7th. You may postal mail/email your ad(s), but the ad(s) MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CHAIR NO LATER THAN Monday, March 7th. Please provide your ad with the corresponding form to the chair and the Payment Summary Form to the treasurer. For more information or to download the form(s), please refer to the Specialty Information page. Your support of this year's national specialty through advertising will be much appreciated by the host club. Thank you!

February 23rd, 2016: CGC and CGCA Update
The CGC and CGCA Form has been updated to reflect the new Contact person. Please use the new form to register and volunteer.
February 22nd, 2016: Volunteer Form Update
The Volunteer Form has been updated to include Hospitality. Please use the new form, if you plan on volunteering. Thank you.
February 18th, 2016: Info Packet Update
The Info Pack has been updated to v9. Changes include a new Payment Summary Form, and some Committee List fixes. Please download the new Info Packet and Payment Summary Form.
February 12th, 2016: Info Packet Update, Forms, and Deadline
The Info Packet has been updated to v8. Reserved Ringside Seating is now available! You may find the information under the Specialty Information section and the Forms section. Please note the deadline is March 15th. The Payment Summary Form and Credit Card Authorization Form has been updated, so please be sure to refresh your browser (Shift + F5) to download all up-to-date information and/or forms. Contacts for Honor Parade and Reserved Ringside Seating were added to the Committee list.

The deadline for Early Registration is Monday, February 15th. All forms must be postmarked by February 16th (Monday is a postal holiday) in order to take advantage of the reduced rates for Early Registration. After the 16th, Early Registration will no longer be available, and we will welcome your Regular Registration reservations.
February 2nd, 2016: Store Items Updated
We have two new items in the store. The Logo Pin and Logo Mug are now available for pre-order through the Web Store. They can be found under the "Other Logo Merchandise" category.
February 1st, 2016: Rescue Parade Entry Form Updated
The Rescue Parade Entry Form has been updated. Please make sure to download this new form to send in.
January 25th, 2016: Info Packet Update
The Info Packet has been updated to v7, several forms were updated as well. Changes include Basket Bonanza drawings, Rescue Parade, Obedience Judges, and the Schedule of Events.
January 14th, 2016: Info Packet Update & Dog Collar Sizes
The Info Packet has been updated to v6, it now includes a form for Top 20/10 Catalog Advertisement and Event Sponsors. The Payment Summary Form has been updated to reflect this as well. Both forms are also available to download from the site in the Forms section.

The Top 20/10 Logo Dog Collar is now available in XXL (24"-27") size. So please check it out, along with all the other great fundraising merchandise!
January 13th, 2016: Info Packet Update
